Planned and executed a multi-day Indian wedding end-to-end, coordinating vendors, décor, catering, photography/videography, baraat logistics, and guest transport. Built timelines for all rituals (haldi, mehndi, sangeet, ceremony, reception), managed budgets and contracts, led on-site run-of-show, and resolved day-of issues to deliver a seamless cultural celebrations.
